When I was in the morning till 10 o'clock, Master Zhengze was cleaning the living room. During the morning vegetarian period, Master Zhengze brought the guests in to use vegetarian rice, and he also used vegetarian rice. A guest was not hungry because he had eaten on the road and was waiting in the living room.
After the master finished his vegetarian meal, he came out to receive the guests. Master Zhengze immediately put down the vegetarian meal that he had just added and had eaten two bites, and went to the guest hall to help the master receive the guests. Later, Master Xiaocong finished using the vegetarian rice and washed the dishes, and replaced Master Zhengze and used the vegetarian rice. The master said to Master Xiaocong: "Master Zhengze put down his unfinished meal to entertain guests, which is to give up himself and implement his dedication. It is different from completing his own affairs and using his spare time to help."
When we were entertaining guests in the guest hall, Master Zhengjun was plucking the sewer on the side. He raised his sleeves, put his hands into the cold drain, and groped carefully. The disciples who accompanied the master have not noticed it yet. The master who is always concerned about the disciple's progress has noticed it and said to the disciple: "This is the practice of being down-to-earth."
