At six o'clock in the evening, the master taught the members of the string music group in the living room of our temple. When it comes to Master Zhengshu playing the piano very well, Teacher He Rong praised her. Zhengshu playing the violin is quite average. Why? Piano is not her major. She plays the piano like playing, without any burden, and is very relaxed; violin is her first major, so she has a burden. When she plays the violin, her mind is full of rhythm, pitch, tone, etc., which the teacher talks about, so she can't relax and cannot enter a state. This is to take lightly as if it is heavy, and you should take lightly as if it is light. Rhythm, pitch, and tone are important, but if you are bound by it, you will be finished. What is more important is the state - a state of natural relaxation. Emphasize the state, you don’t know how to operate, so let you guard the sky eyes and find the force point on your arms. This is the method, to enter the state. In your state, you will be very easy to pull and move yourself, that is not something at the logical thinking level. Accumulating state is a genius.

Repeat the state and find relaxation repeatedly.

In life, I repeatedly look for art, meditate, go to the hall, pass the hall, and practice the piano. Keep the spirit in a state of mind, lift the spirit up when you go to the stage, relax your shoulders and even your body, lift your chest in one breath, don’t be hunched over, you must have both masculine beauty and elegance, and enter a specific artistic situation.

From today on, our family will make a vow every day: I will be reborn in the Western Paradise in this life! And when you have time, recite Namo Amitabha. In the future, we will practice together and add meditation. Now stand still, relax your body, empty your mind, focus your attention, and bring this state to the palace, work, learn music, and rehearse performances.

The scene between good people and non-good people is different. When a good person comes on stage, he will not be stern, will not be indifferent to the audience below, and will not be in his own world; when a good person comes on stage, he will definitely be relaxed because he is pure; and when he is smiling, because he is true; his performance must be spiritually powerful, because he is in his heart for others. But being in the heart can be elevated to the spiritual level, while ordinary people cannot be true and pure as others, because they live at the physical level and the interests level.

Zen Master Wule promoted it very early that relaxation is only possible for mental and spiritual relaxation, but this cannot be pretended.

At noon today, the art group held a good meeting, which showed that the art group was making progress. But in the meeting, some people calculated the time to practice the piano, and minus the time to make buns, teaching time, etc. Zen Master Wule was shocked when he heard this. Zen Master Wule repeatedly said that violin skills are outside the piano as early as Tiantai Temple, and he only practices time and will never be able to practice it. If you make buns, pay attention to whether all your movements are relaxed and natural; if you teach, you should understand in your heart whether what you teach others is the same as what you get started with, what is the difference between yourself and the teaching object, and where is your own problem? Such a person can definitely play the piano well.

The content of meditation is to be an honest person, a good person, and a helping others. From a meritorious point of view, this is a foundation of selfish thoughts, thoughts, and thoughts, and a physical and psychological relaxation, thus making necessary physical preparations for spiritual breakthroughs.

Meditation is the key to opening the door to the gods and spirits of your own brain. Everyone is required to sit not on a nap, but meditate, and sit for a while before going to bed at night. The content of sitting is the three elements taught by Zen Master Wule: body relaxation, brain emptying, and concentration. When doing things and practicing musical instruments, they also use these three elements to demand themselves. After such meditation is long, the spirit and spirit of the brain will inevitably come out enthusiastically. Then you will inevitably become a genius, and you will definitely truly understand that life is your own, not someone else's. You must get rid of the influence of anyone on you and keep yourself responsible for your life. It is not easy to be your own master.

Since we are meditating by learning music, practicing musical instruments, and doing things, then you must enter that state of meditation. What's the status? When a person is relaxed and his mind is empty, his attention is on the instrument and the matter, which is the state.

The three elements of enlightenment are relaxation, not thinking, and concentration. The three elements of meditation are relaxation of the body, empty head, and concentration. These two are highly overlapping. The difference is that the three elements of enlightenment refer to all-round and full process, while the three elements of meditation refer to meditation at the moment.

Using relaxation as an example, physical relaxation is the relaxation of ordinary people. What is more advanced than physical relaxation is mental relaxation, and what is more advanced than mental relaxation is mental relaxation, while physical relaxation is ordinary players, mental relaxation is a performer, and mental relaxation is a world-class performer.

If you have more knowledge of music, will you broaden your realm, or will you become arrogant and care about gains and losses, and be more stingy and selfish? This is the way and the non-Tao. For example, practicing technology means that the body is more relaxed and the mind is more free. That is, when practicing technology, you will eliminate all thoughts, all discrimination, good or bad, right or wrong, success or failure, and being in a state of selfless tranquility is to learn Zen and enter the study of Tao. If you are nervous when you study and practice, your mind is burdened, and your confidence is lost, it is a non-Tao learning method. Tao and non-Tao are two completely different learning methods.

I also play and sit for a while before going to bed at night. The content of sitting is the three elements taught by Zen Master Wule, which is the three elements of relaxing the body, emptying the brain, and focusing. When doing things and practicing musical instruments, I also use these three elements to demand myself. After such meditation is over, the spirit and spirit of the brain will inevitably come out enthusiastically. Then you will inevitably become a genius, and you will definitely truly understand that life is your own, not others'. You must get rid of the influence of anyone on you and make you responsible for your own life.

All your desires and sensory feelings are not the essence of life. There is one you outside of you, that is a god. Calm down, relax, enter the infinitely deep and distant tunnel, and find the god. Put the concept of meditation into your mind. Find that god in the palace, rehearsal, and daily life, and find the state of meditation. Achievement is simple.

Whether rehearsal is a simple and low-level repetition or the accumulation and sublimation of life and art lies in our own hearts. The core of rehearsal is to express our realm and mood. The core of our Zen music is a good state and state. If our art troupe becomes an outside singing and dancing troupe, it will be either Buddhist art or deceive the Buddha or ancestors. To deviate from state and state and blindly improve technology is to lose the foundation and pursue the end. The state and state must be implemented in our study and rehearsal. Relax and smile, don't worry...

I was nervous as soon as I went out, afraid of seeing anyone. I have been at work recently and I am afraid of living in the same room with others and getting close to each other, so I feel uncomfortable.
